Early Career Programs Full-time **Graduate Program, Creator Marketing**Red Bull Media House North AmericaSanta Monica, United States RESPONSIBILITIES **Areas that play to your strengths**All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:* Develop relationships with new creators who align with Red Bull's brand across different platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch and SnapchatVet agency rosters to identify relevant talentCommunicate potential prospects to the team and help onboard new creatorsHelp develop long-term relationships with new talent, building a network of future collaborators* Manage Red Bull's National roster of creator relationships, ensuring all data is accurateTrack important creator milestones, coordinate and send meaningful gifts and reminders to deepen creator connectionsCollaborate with respective relationship owners to ensure milestones are acknowledged promptly* Provide onsite support at select Red Bull events, ensuring positive and memorable experiences for creatorsHelp with event logistics, including creator scheduling, hospitality, and content captureEnsure seamless event communication and coordination* Support the Creator Marketing team in tracking and sharing creator opportunities cross-functionallyMaintain the National Creator Marketing workbook to ensure accessibility nationallyManage product seeding and cooler placement process for creators, talent agencies and main partnersDocument and archive Creator Marketing wins, including important outcomes, metrics, and best practicesStrong verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities, with a proactive approach to challenges Relevant work or internship experience is a plus Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) * Travel 0-10%* Permanent* Benefits eligibleTHE TEAM **Red Bull Graduate Program: Realise your talent!**The Red Bull Graduate Program is your chance to work hard and shape your future career.
