This position is based in Austin and is a M-F in-office position.
Responsibilities
- Design and launch dynamic social media campaigns at a company and in our local markets.
- Become the expert on our CRM tool and coach Loan Officers to implement CRM campaigns.
- Create flyers and educational seminars using graphic design and video editing skills that our Loan Officers can use.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, including ROI and key performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of social media marketing experience with advanced expertise in designing, launching, and optimizing campaigns through analytics.
- 3+ years of graphic and video editing design experience. Ability to create flyers and edit videos.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Compensation
$70,000 - $80,000 yearly
