Job Description

U.S. Bank is currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the consumer deposits product marketing team. The Marketing Specialist will play a role supporting the execution of marketing campaigns to acquire new clients and deepen with existing clients to drive deposit growth.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Develop and execute marketing initiatives and tactics in support of the business line strategy.
2. Deliver measurable, client-centric marketing programs to maximize client growth, retention, and engagement.
3. Collaborate with creative, product, and other teams to generate messaging and promotional materials.
4. Work with agencies and cross-functional teams to produce and place materials that are on brand and compliant.
5. Collaborate with internal partners to ensure that all marketing programs follow all laws, regulations, and bank policies.
6. Complete projects on time and on budget, as outlined in project plans.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Two to four years of experience in marketing industry

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

1. 1-2 years marketing or communications experience
2. Strong project management organizational skills and attention to detail
3. Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills
4. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
5. Experience in financial services or other regulated industry

Location Expectations

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $71,400.00 - $84,000.00 - $92,400.00
