Marketing Manager Position Overview:
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will be a key member of our Marketing team, helping to lead a variety of projects including product and packaging development initiatives, menu optimization programs, and local store marketing plans. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of the restaurant industry and consumer behavior. This role will work closely with various teams including culinary, restaurant operations, technology, and procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product and Packaging Development
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation and concept development to testing and launch.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging trends, gaps, and opportunities within the restaurant industry.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with culinary teams to ideate, test, and refine new menu items or product offerings.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
- Product Launch & Execution:
- Lead the development and execution of marketing materials to support product launches, including menu rollouts, promotional campaigns, and customer-facing communications.
- Ensure operational readiness, including training staff, updating systems, and ensuring supply chain alignment for product availability.
- Monitor the performance of launched products, tracking key metrics like sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
- Local Store Marketing
- Develop plans and materials to support our New Restaurant Openings (NROs).
- Develop Local Store Marketing toolkit.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in the restaurant industry.
- Strong track record of successfully launching and managing products, from conception through launch and optimization.
- Experience working with packaging redesign initiatives a plus.
