We are seeking a proactive and versatile Marketing Specialist to join our growing Demand Generation Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, managing marketing automation tools, and organizing impactful on-site events. You will play a critical role in supporting the company’s demand generation goals by building brand awareness, customer engagement, engaging prospects, and driving lead conversion.

Your responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, paid, and organic) to generate and capture demand tailored to life sciences professionals.
  • Manage and maintain marketing automation tools (HubSpot) to improve campaign efficiency and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Collaborate with the Brand and Knowledge sub-departments to align content strategy with demand generation goals.
  • Support on organizing and coordinating on-site events (trade shows, conferences, customer meetups), ensuring all logistical details are managed and brand messaging is consistent.
  • Assist in the execution of webinars and online summits in collaboration with the Demand Gen Operations role.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.), providing actionable insights to improve marketing efforts and ROI.
  • Develop strategies to attract and nurture high-quality leads through personalized workflows.
  • Research trends, pain points, and challenges faced by life sciences companies to inform marketing strategies.
  • Analyze competitors and identify gaps to position the company as a thought leader in the market.
  • Ensure that all marketing materials comply with industry regulations and standards, particularly as we work in highly regulated markets like pharma and biotech.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Coordinate with designers and external agencies to create compelling visual and written materials.

What you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Understanding of SaaS buyer journeys.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot).
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in organizing on-site events and managing external vendors.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure marketing KPIs.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable analyzing metrics to refine strategies and improve performance.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
  • Knowledge of pharma, biotech, and medical devices industries is a plus.
