We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Marketing Assistant in Lewisville, Texas. In this role, you will support various administrative, office management, and marketing functions. This role will be based in our Lewisville office and will require handling a multitude of tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately monitor and update client/account information in CRM software
• Assist in the generation of weekly client reports, including inventory, billing, and order deviations
• Provide support in the preparation of monthly and annual reports, including revenue tracking and rate reviews
• Handle social media, website inquiries, and internal company announcements
• Support customer service with billing issues, reports, and letter mailings
• Process credit adjustments and expense reports
• Assist with proposals, event registrations, and promotional orders
• Manage new and reactivated accounts, ensuring correct settings and report deliveries
• Verify monthly closed reports and assist with account transitions
• Handle daily office mail, order office supplies, and coordinate conference room usage for meetings.• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including Illustrator and InDesign software
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports using Facebook Insights
• Experience in creating and managing advertisements across multiple platforms
• Demonstrated skills in blogging to boost brand visibility and engagement
• Understanding of brand awareness strategies and techniques
• Knowledge of budget processes within a marketing context
• Proficiency in campaign planning and execution, ensuring alignment with company goals
