A leading hospitality brand is seeking an experienced Director of Integrated Marketing to lead the development, execution, and optimization of performance-driven, data-centric media strategies across TV, CTV, digital, social, print, and direct mail. This role will be responsible for overseeing cross-channel media planning, attribution modeling, and campaign performance analytics, ensuring data-driven decision-making to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a full-funnel media strategy that integrates TV, CTV, digital, social, print, and direct mail to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. Lead performance measurement and optimization across all channels, leveraging advanced analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and improve ROI. Analyze cross-channel media performance using multi-touch attribution models, incrementality testing, and advanced media measurement frameworks. Oversee media mix modeling to determine the most effective allocation of spend across awareness and performance channels. Develop and maintain a comprehensive reporting framework, tracking key KPIs across all media channels and presenting actionable insights to senior leadership. Optimize marketing spend through deep performance analysis, working with internal teams and external partners to refine targeting, messaging, and creative execution. Evaluate and negotiate media proposals, ensuring the brand leverages the most cost-effective and impactful media placements across TV, digital, and traditional channels. Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to enhance data integration and drive predictive modeling for media optimization. Stay ahead of industry trends in TV, CTV, programmatic video, and performance analytics, implementing cutting-edge measurement strategies to drive continuous improvement. Experience: 8+ years of experience in media strategy, performance marketing, and analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven expertise in TV, CTV, and programmatic video analytics, including media planning, attribution modeling, and performance measurement. Strong quantitative skills, with experience in Google Analytics 4, multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, and data-driven decision-making. Deep understanding of digital and traditional media, including paid search, social, display, print, and direct mail. Proficiency in media measurement tools, budget forecasting, and campaign tracking software. Ability to synthesize complex performance data into clear, actionable strategies that drive marketing efficiency and revenue growth. Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and external media agencies.
