Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Associate Manager of Media Operations:
- Manage media budget tracking and reporting
- Define and optimize processes and tools to drive clarity and streamline ways of working with cross-functional partners
- Collaborate with agency partners to develop and implement templates, reporting dashboard needs, and updates
- Oversee financial management, billing, tracking, and reporting
- Collaborate with various teams to define, implement, and improve connections, consistency, efficiency
- Support process and tools to unify Core Media and UB Media reports and results to share with leadership to create business efficiency and operational excellence
Required Skills for Associate Manager of Media Operations:
- Bachelor's degree in media, marketing, business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience managing media operations at an agency or brand
- 3+ years of experience in integrated media planning and buying
- Ability to manage multiple priorities from different parts of the business
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products
