Clone Goddess is a cannabis Cultivation and retail brand dedicated to providing high-quality cannabis products and educating consumers about the plant’s benefits. We’re looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Handler & Content Creator to help us grow our online presence, engage with our community, and share our brand’s story in a compelling way.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic content plan for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook.
  • Create engaging and educational content, including reels, short-form videos, product photography, graphics, and blog-style captions.
  • Stay compliant with cannabis advertising regulations while maximizing audience engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze social media insights and trends, optimizing strategies based on performance data.
  • Manage social media interactions, responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers to build an authentic community.
  • Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and cannabis advocates to enhance brand reach.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, new platforms, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align content with promotions, product launches, and brand initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the cannabis, wellness, or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong understanding of cannabis culture, trends, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or other video editing software.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft compelling, brand-aligned captions and blogs.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and community building.
  • Ability to analyze data and insights to drive engagement and growth.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving industry.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with paid social advertising (while staying compliant with cannabis advertising restrictions).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and blog writing.
  • A passion for cannabis education, advocacy, and lifestyle marketing.
