1. 5+ years in marketing, including 2+ years in a leadership role.

3. Strong understanding of brand management, data analytics, and market trends.
4. Hands-on experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM software.
5. Ability to lead a diverse team and manage projects efficiently.
