A Day in the Life as a Graphic Designer
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in developing and executing creative projects that support Girbau North America (GNA) and its divisions. Responsibilities include: Communicating with vendors for estimating projects and deadlines. Designing marketing materials, working directly with customers and internal teams to gather project requirements, reviewing proofs, and securing approvals. Designing and deploying emailing marketing campaigns for lead generation. Creating messaging and visuals for social media platforms. Developing sales tools, including warranties, data sheets, comparisons, forms, and case studies. Oversee the Customer Signage Program, handling design, customization, and production of signage, displays, and decals. Manage the Distributor Direct Mail Program, including estimation, design, production, mailing, and invoicing. Trade show and event support, including design of graphic displays, digital screens, signage and labels for booths and ordering giveaway items. What You Need
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field. 2+ years of experience in graphic design or related field.. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently on projects. Strong creative and analytical skills. Knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design functions. Proficient in use of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
