For a decade, our architects and interior designers have worked with industry-leading brands and developers on inspiring new spaces.As a senior marketing manager, you will wear all the hats. You are responsible for supporting the design, creation, and delivery of marketing programs and proposals while working with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing messages that improve brand awareness. This includes but is not limited to social media campaigns, brochures, corporate brand, and assisting with communications, media and award submissions. There are no direct reports.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assist with the development of proposals, interviews, and presentations.Manage the firm's social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram).Coordination of consultants (PR, photographers, website designer, and other partners).Lead award submissions.Manage the firm's CRM platform.Keep deadline and event schedules up-to-date.Provide updates to the firm's marketing collateral including the website and project sheets.Support in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing and assembling sales forecasts.Conduct research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior and prepare reports by collecting, summarizing and analyzing data.Plan and manage trade shows, conferences, events and meetings by identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts.Maintain an inventory and directory of marketing support content and ensure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new content creation.Qualifications:Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or business-related field with 3-5 years' professional experience.Software Skills:Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of the following software is required:Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint).Familiarity with Constant Contact, Hootsuite, Canva.Applicants who have graphic design capabilities will be considered advantageous.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing and SalesIndustriesArchitecture and Planning #J-18808-Ljbffr
