OUR CLIENT IS A LEADING DTC FASHION BRAND WHO SEEKING A STRONG DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER WITH MIN OF 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN DIGITAL MARKETING AND A MANAGER NOW AND OPEN TO ON SITE FULL TIME IN THEIR SAN FERANANDO VALLEY OFFICE.
ROLE OVERVIEW
This role will focus on developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive sales, increase engagement, and elevate the brand's online presence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in paid media, email marketing, SEO, and social media advertising within the fashion industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, paid ads, and SEO.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Pinterest Ads to drive acquisition and sales.
• Oversee email marketing and SMS campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo or Attentive, ensuring effective segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
• Utilize Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to enhance digital marketing performance.
• Implement SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, including keyword research, on-page optimizations, and backlink strategies.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives, email designs, and digital assets that align with brand identity.
• Collaborate with the development team to integrate marketing initiatives with the website and ensure seamless user experience.
• Manage influencer and affiliate marketing programs to expand brand reach and increase customer acquisition.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of digital fashion marketing.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• MIN required 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, fashion eCommerce highly preferred or beauty industry.
• Must be in a Digital Marketing Manager role/title now, no exceptions.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling paid media campaigns with strong ROAS. Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Pinterest Ads.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing automation tools (Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar).
• In-depth understanding of SEO strategies and tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, and other reporting tools.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging and high-converting marketing messages.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven marketing decisions.
• Experience working with influencer marketing and affiliate programs is a plus.
