This is a hybrid role based out of our HQ office near Portland, Oregon. The expectation is for employees to be in-office 3 days or more per week, depending on business need. This in-office expectation is subject to change at business discretion.
Reporting to the Creative Director, SOREL is seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our Brand Team. In this role, you will bring the SOREL brand to life through compelling visual storytelling, innovative design, and high-impact creative assets. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and digital teams to create engaging content across digital, social, print, and retail channels. This role requires a strong balance of conceptual design and production expertise, with a focus on both brand storytelling and executional excellence.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Develop and execute visually compelling designs that align with SOREL's brand identity and marketing objectives.
Design assets for digital (social media, email, web), print (lookbooks, in-store signage, packaging), and campaign collateral.
Execute production design projects for point-of-sale displays, retail signage, and other in-store marketing materials to ensure a consistent brand presence.
Create digital assets for e-commerce, paid media, and web applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging brand experience across digital touchpoints.
Build decks and presentations to support internal and external communications, brand storytelling, and campaign pitches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
Ensure consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining brand integrity and visual standards.
Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies to keep SOREL's creative fresh and relevant.
Work efficiently within project timelines, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
YOU ARE

YOU HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands.
A link to a portfolio of work demonstrative of design fundamentals, layout chops, and creative sensibilities required in resume or application.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in typography, layout, digital-first design, and production work for retail applications.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus).
Experience designing for point-of-sale, retail displays, digital media, and print collateral.
Ability to create and structure visually compelling presentations that clearly communicate brand and campaign strategies.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Passion for design, fashion, and storytelling.
