This is a hybrid role based out of our HQ office near Portland, Oregon. The expectation is for employees to be in-office 3 days or more per week, depending on business need. This in-office expectation is subject to change at business discretion.
Reporting to the Creative Director, SOREL is seeking a talented and passionate Senior Digital Designer, you will be at the forefront of digital storytelling, bringing concepts to life through motion graphics, video editing, digital image creation, and brand design. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product design, to develop and execute visually compelling assets across various digital and print platforms
HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
Edit and enhance video footage to create engaging and polished visual stories.
Translate brand guidelines into dynamic visuals, maintaining a cohesive brand identity across all mediums.
Create stunning digital images and branded content that align with our seasonal visual center.
Develop print-ready designs for brand collateral, packaging, and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
Ensure all digital assets maintain a consistent and cohesive brand aesthetic.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging digital technologies, and industry best practices.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations that communicate design concepts effectively.
Seamlessly switch between digital and traditional media formats to meet project needs.
Explore and adopt emerging media and software platforms to enhance brand storytelling.
YOU ARE
A passionate graphic designer who loves production work and seeing the work come to life.

YOU HAVE
5+ years of experience in digital design, motion graphics, video editing, and brand design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
A link to a portfolio of work demonstrative of design fundamentals, layout chops, and creative sensibilities required in resume or application.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in motion graphics, video editing, digital imaging, and brand design.
Experience with print design, including knowledge of prepress and production processes.
Ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling content.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
3D experience is a plus
