The Role: Were looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing and contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced team. The ideal candidate has a growth mindset, positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. The primary focus of this role will be email marketing, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to deepen their expertise in marketing while supporting additional functions such as reputation management, printed collateral, and other key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Marketing Execution: Assist in the development, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns to engage our audience and drive results.
- Marketing AI & Automation: Leverage marketing AI tools to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to online reviews to uphold the companys strong brand reputation.
- Collateral & Print Coordination: Assist with printed marketing materials and branded collateral.
- General Marketing Support: Provide assistance on various marketing tasks, ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Previous marketing coordinator experience.
- A strong interest in email marketing.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
- Growth mindset eager to learn, improve, and adapt.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- An understanding of branding and maintaining brand identity across marketing channels.
- Experience working with marketing AI tools is a plus.
- Bonus points for familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
- Must be based in Colorado, 2 day minimum in-office time is required in Frisco, CO.
