In this role, you'll manage tactical campaigns, optimize lead generation efforts, and ensure all social media initiatives align with our annual marketing plan. This position is based in office at our Deerfield Beach Headquarters.
What Would You Be Doing?
- Social Media Project Management:
- Manage the production schedule for social media content, ensuring timely execution.
- Oversee the launch of content across platforms, optimizing performance.
- Collaborate with the Creative Content Manager to ensure brand consistency.
- Campaign Execution and Analysis:
- Monitor and manage paid search, paid social, display ads, and sponsored ads.
- Analyze campaign performance, providing insights to enhance engagement.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Marketing Plan Execution:
- Execute tactical components of the annual marketing plan on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to achieve campaign goals.
- Serve as the primary contact for social media activities and updates.
- Strategic Collaboration:
- Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop responsive strategies to drive client leads and optimize marketing spend.
- Act as a liaison between creative and marketing teams for seamless workflow execution.

What Do You Bring to the Role?
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience:
- 3+ years in social media management, project management, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing social media campaigns.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Familiarity with paid search, display ads, and social advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
- Basic knowledge of creative production processes for video and graphics.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience in healthcare or ABA therapy marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and CMS platforms like WordPress.
