BrandStar Entertainment's marketing team is growing and seeking a Social Media Strategy Lead!

The Social Media Strategy Lead is responsible for leading a team of Social Media Managers, Community Managers, and Content Creators to execute integrated social strategies and campaigns to drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness.

Overview of Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy & Execution - Lead the strategy and content management for social media accounts across BrandStar Entertainment's brand portfolio.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration - Manage the social media marketing team and external vendors to execute integrated social media campaigns.
• Content Creation & Publishing - Oversee the development and weekly scheduling across all channels.
• Community Management - Maintain daily maintenance in comments and direct messages across entire social media footprint.
• Performance Analytics & Optimization - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics monthly, quarterly, and year-over-year to improve content strategies and optimize audience engagement and reach.
• Target Audience Focus - Utilize appropriate "voice and tone" for a female-centric audience.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related major.
• Minimum 5+ years of social media marketing experience in an agency or internal creative department with proven track record of organically growing social followers.
• Previous experience leading a team of social media marketers.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• In-depth, expertise level knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, best practices for engagement and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and build internal relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
• Prior experience with social media tools such as HeyOrca, Sprout Social, Hootsuite or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in content creation, including copywriting, photography, video production, and design.
