Your Role in the 7th Avenue Experience

As a Social Media Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our brand presence across digital platforms. From creating and producing engaging content to managing daily interactions with our audience, you’ll drive social media strategies that amplify 7th Avenue’s brand voice and aesthetic. This is a hybrid remote role, offering flexibility while keeping you deeply connected to our fast-paced marketing team in Los Angeles.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Content Creation & Production– Produce, film, and edit high-impact video and photo content for social media, including Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.
  • Trend Research & Strategy– Stay ahead of social media trends and pitch creative, on-brand ideas that align with product launches, marketing campaigns, and overarching brand goals.
  • Social Media Management– Oversee daily posting, content scheduling, and engagement across all platforms, ensuring a seamless and compelling brand experience.
  • Community Engagement– Monitor online conversations, reply to comments and DMs, and cultivate relationships with our audience while escalating customer service issues as needed.
  • Content Planning & Execution– Assist the Content Director in coordinating styled shoots, scouting locations, sourcing props, and creating behind-the-scenes content.
  • In-House Studio Development– Help build out an internal content studio with the right gear, lighting, and styling to produce high-quality, consistent social media assets.
  • User-Generated Content (UGC) & Partnerships– Source customer content, secure usage rights, and manage social media collaborations to expand our brand reach.
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking– Generate reports on social media performance, highlighting platform growth, engagement trends, and content effectiveness.
  • Travel for Content Production– Visit 7th Avenue showrooms nationwide to capture and produce on-site social content as needed.

What You Bring to the Team

  • 5+ years of experience in social media management and content creation for a brand.
  • A deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and online communities with a keen sense of storytelling.
  • Experience with content scheduling tools and editing apps for high-quality production.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills, with an ability to craft compelling, brand-aligned messaging.
  • A creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Extremely organized, with a detail-oriented approach to planning and execution.
  • Comfort in a hybrid remote role, working from Los Angeles with flexibility for in-office and on-site production.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for content management and audience engagement.
  • Experience communicating via Slack and other team collaboration tools.
