Creative Experiential Production Manager
Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $137.90/hour
Duration: 6 Months

Planet Interactive's Global hospitality client has a HOT need for a REMOTE Creative Experiential Production Manager with 10+ years experiential production coordination, project management, program management, event creative coordination, experiential travel coordination.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage the development, planning, production and execution of supply acquisition projects, including the development and tracking of timelines, schedules, milestones estimates, budgets and action items across multiple inputs.
  2. Execute on the end-to-end sourcing and acquisition of experience supply to ensure successful delivery aligned with the intended vision, scope, timeline and resources for each project.
  3. Create tooling to source supply with direction and close collaboration with partners, source supply and potentially conduct early outreach with experience hosts.
  4. Foster a respectful, supportive and inclusive environment where all team members and stakeholders feel safe and empowered to do their best work.
  5. Ensure vendor-sourced leads meet supply definition and quality guidelines.
  6. Oversee and guide the sourcing and acquisition tools and data-processes to develop and maintain a robust and effective sourcing and acquisition pipeline.
  7. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across team members and stakeholders - including senior leadership - providing regular project updates and proactively flagging any issues or blockers. Deliver change management process across communication, training and support for our partner teams (including troubleshooting assistance).
  8. Lead and manage supply acquisition projects, moving forward agendas, meeting notes, and team milestones.
  9. Create and maintain accurate project documentation, including project briefs, schedules, budgets, estimates, resource plans, and status updates.
  10. Develop and internally circulate weekly project updates tracking project goals and progress.
  11. Work in partnership to coordinate and manage sourcing, acquisition and production professionals to support in the acquisition of experiences as needed.
  12. Attend a minimum of 3 experiences per month.

Qualifications

  1. 10+ years in creative development, project management, and supply acquisition in travel, entertainment, or marketing. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related creative fields.
  2. Deep understanding of travel, entertainment, and hospitality trends, with a sharp eye for spotting new experiences and cultural trends. Strong ability to assess quality and stay ahead of market shifts.
  3. Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables while overseeing vendors and acquiring high-quality experiential products.
  4. Skilled in leading cross-functional teams, mentoring, and fostering trust across creative, technical, and business disciplines.
  5. Experienced in working with engineering, product, and data teams.
  6. Excellent at presenting complex ideas, managing project dashboards, and handling CRM systems.
  7. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize in fast-changing environments.
