Must have experience in a busy hospital environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage admissions and discharge processes
- Develop and implement best practices for admissions
- Manage admissions staff, including recruiting, hiring, and training
- Monitor admissions capacity and communicate with clinicians
- Develop strategies to generate revenue and maintain patient satisfaction
- Develop and maintain relationships with community referral sources
- Work with marketing to develop promotional material
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Maintain model rooms for tours
Skills
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations
- Experience in admissions, preferably in a healthcare or skilled nursing setting
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with community referral sources
- Ability to solve problems and develop corrective actions
- Ability to develop and maintain departmental and institutional goals
Minimum Requirements: Bachelors Minimum.
