Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree


Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in Marketing and retail bank/financial services industry experience

• Requires attention to detail, advanced project management skills, good communication and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once

• Creative problem-solving and sense of ownership

• Solid communication, presentation, and project management skills

• Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment


The Program Manager is responsible for providing program management support for key 360 Marketing initiatives. This role requires knowledge of the implementation of marketing projects. It requires basic awareness of products and services offered by the Client. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence, and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas within the Client and occasional external partners. The role will track related to the marketing processes, required dependencies, and key deliverables.


Responsibilities:

• Support the team in the development of comprehensive 360 marketing campaign plans for new products and services offered by the Client

• Manage and track comprehensive implementation plans, including timelines, identifying key dependencies (tech, agency, controls, approvals, budgets, etc.), and developing reports to provide transparency to the organization

• Track key decisions, risks, and challenges and promptly escalate concerns to the program team

• Support the 360 Program Managers in key meetings that engage stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Controls, and Tech

• Manage internal legal and creative reviews and approvals for marketing campaigns

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Client, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
