What you get to do in this role:
- Plan, lead and execute research to understand the context and needs of employees through qualitative and/or quantitative methodologies, from discovery to implementation.
- Work collaboratively inside a cross-functional team of designers, effectively integrating research findings into the product definition and design phases.
- Communicate research findings through artifacts such as presentations, charts, and visuals.
In order to qualify for and be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 5 years of experience leading and conducting research projects on web-based and mobile apps utilizing a variety of methodologies, such as user interviews, usability testing, information architecture, surveys, concept testing, data analysis, statistics, benchmarking, etc.
- Must have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Must have extensive experience as a storyteller to explain complex topics and make them easy to understand for all stakeholders.
- Must thrive in highly technical and complex environments and be able to deal with uncertainty.
- Must be able to meet challenges with a positive and problem-solving attitude, while being proactive, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must have experience with tools including UserTesting, Qualtrics, and OptimalWorkshop to conduct research.
- Preferred experience with knowledge management tools such as Dovetail.

- Mac, but it may be possible to provide a PC.
Master’s degree in Cognitive Science, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or any other related field. A working experience of the equivalent is also acceptable for the position.
