Hirzel Law, PLC represents commercial property owners, condominium associations, and homeowners associations throughout Michigan. We are seeking a Marketing and Administrative Assistant to support our marketing and administration team. This role will provide critical support in executing marketing initiatives and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Responsibilities Assist with marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media management, and email marketing. Provide administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and document organization. Help maintain and update the firm’s website and marketing materials. Coordinate events, webinars, and networking engagements. Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and reports. Answer and screen phone calls professionally and efficiently. Manage and organize marketing collateral and promotional materials. Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation. Experience using Adobe Suite and Canva preferred. Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. Previous experience in an administrative or marketing role preferred.
