We are actively looking for an experienced Marketing Manager from the cosmetic industry! We are a great company with opportunities for growth! Fun working environment and good benefits! This person will help drive brand awareness and develop strategic marketing initiatives that resonate globally.
Duties include:
- Drive Brand Awareness: Lead global brand awareness campaigns, including strategic expansion into European and Canadian markets, to increase visibility and recognition of company worldwide.
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with the social media and design teams to create and execute impactful marketing and PR campaigns across all platforms.
- Social Media Growth: Oversee and grow the brand's presence on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant social media platforms, optimizing content to engage audiences and increase reach.
- Performance Measurement: Track, measure, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, analyzing key metrics (ROI, KPIs), assessing effectiveness, and refining strategies to meet goals.
- Insights & Optimization: Identify key trends and insights from consumer behavior and campaign performance to optimize spend and maximize the effectiveness of marketing efforts across all channels.
- Creative Strategy: Brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies that will drive new customer acquisition and brand loyalty within both new and existing markets.
Qualifications include:
- 5+ years of digital marketing management experience required
- 3+ years of recent marketing experience in the cosmetic industry required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong creativity with ability to identify target audiences and design digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Expertise in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, Shopify Analytics) and social media analytics
- Strong analytical and data-driven thinking, with the ability to assess campaign performance and make adjustments to improve results
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest online marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
