Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Stakeholders:
Work closely with marketing teams to understand business needs and design effective outbound campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, and other channels. Campaign Execution:
Build and execute end-to-end outbound campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery and a consistent customer experience across all channels. Campaign Management:
Create and maintain email templates, develop customer segments, and implement targeting strategies to optimize performance and personalization. Content & Personalization:
Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other marketing team members to develop compelling, personalized content. Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for optimization and continuous improvement. Adopt New Technologies:
Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices and emerging channel capabilities. Advocate for the adoption of new technologies and methodologies that drive results. Process Improvement:
Streamline the outbound campaign production process through automation and process enhancements, integrating new tools and technologies as needed. Team Collaboration & Support:
Coordinate with the Global Production team, Associate Director, and Director to ensure timely delivery of campaigns. Support Global Outbound Production Specialists in developing their skills and resolving issues. Basic Qualifications: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in email and outbound campaign production, particularly using Salesforce/ExactTarget or similar marketing platforms. Basic knowledge of HTML and email design best practices. Strong communication skills with an ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments. A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for digital marketing.
