Ability to quickly learn new tools and software. Project Management: Ability to develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise between creative, product, and technical teams. Ability to clearly convey project requirements and updates to stakeholders. Collaboration: Excellent teamwork skills to work effectively with designers, product, developers, and other team members. Facilitate a collaborative environment to ensure a unified vision for the project. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. - Strong analytical skills to evaluate project performance and implement improvements. Attention to Detail: Ensuring all design meets quality standards and aligns with brand guidelines by working with subject matter experts in the areas of Information Architecture, Visual Design, Motion Design, and Content Strategy.Role:The manager is looking for a Digital Producer who can effectively collaborate with UI/UX teams, product managers, and engineers to deliver high-quality mobile app experiences.The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, communication abilities, and problem-solving expertise to ensure seamless coordination across teams.Technical adaptability, familiarity with Figma, Google Analytics, and UX/UI design principles, and the ability to stay updated on digital trends are also key requirements.Key Roles and Responsibilities: Work with UI and UX leads; other product and motion designers; copywriters; business owners; product managers; and engineers to build high-quality native/ mobile app experiences for various platforms. Facilitate communication between designers, product, development, and other team members to ensure a unified vision for the project. Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process through design thinking, user flows, wireframes, and low- or high-fidelity prototypes and design compositions.
