Bachelor's degree in a related design field.
Digital Production Tools: Familiarity or ability to learn basic interactions with Figma.
• Digital Marketing: Ability to analyze digital analytics using tools like Google Analytics
• UX/UI Design: Ability to learn our design principles. Ability to help with user research and apply feedback to improve design.
• Staying updated with the latest digital trends and technologies. Ability to quickly learn new tools and software.
• Project Management: Ability to develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise between creative, product, and technical teams. Ability to clearly convey project requirements and updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate a collaborative environment to ensure a unified vision for the project.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate project performance and implement improvements.
• Ensuring all design meets quality standards and aligns with brand guidelines by working with subject matter experts in the areas of Information Architecture, Visual Design, Motion Design, and Content Strategy.
The manager is looking for a Digital Producer who can effectively collaborate with UI/UX teams, product managers, and engineers to deliver high-quality mobile app experiences.
The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, communication abilities, and problem-solving expertise to ensure seamless coordination across teams.
Technical adaptability, familiarity with Figma, Google Analytics, and UX/UI design principles, and the ability to stay updated on digital trends are also key requirements.
Work with UI and UX leads; and engineers to build high-quality native/ mobile app experiences for various platforms.
• Facilitate communication between designers, product, development, and other team members to ensure a unified vision for the project.
• Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process through design thinking, user flows, wireframes, and low- or high-fidelity prototypes and design compositions.
• Collaboration and alignment with teams responsible for online and mobile experiences to ensure customer’s needs are met across the Client digital ecosystem.
