POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee our direct mail operations, data management, artwork, compliance, and sales support. This role is crucial in ensuring our mail campaigns run smoothly, our sales team maximizes lead effectiveness, and our compliance measures are upheld. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has experience working with mailhouses, marketing data, and regulatory compliance in the financial services industry.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Manage relationships with mailhouses to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of campaigns. Oversee the design, development, and production of marketing materials for direct mail campaigns. Analyze and manage marketing data to optimize lead targeting, segmentation, and response rates. Develop and maintain a mail schedule to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality leads for the sales team. Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure all marketing materials and campaigns meet industry regulations. Implement quality control measures to ensure messaging, disclosures, and branding are fully compliant. Stay updated on legal and regulatory requirements for mortgage and ensuring adherence to all guidelines. Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals. Provide training and resources to maximize the effectiveness of leads generated through marketing efforts. Track campaign performance and lead conversion rates, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Develop innovative marketing strategies to enhance sales engagement and client conversion. Coordinate with graphic designers or use design tools to create compelling marketing materials. Ensure branding consistency across all marketing assets. Optimize messaging and visual elements to drive higher response rates. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) High school diploma or GED equivalent, must also be 18 years or older. Sound judgment, ability to think critically, including the ability to evaluate facts and data to draw conclusions, determine the downstream impact of decisions and associated risks. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment; strong sense of urgency and responsiveness. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Strong detail orientation and highly organized. Demonstrate patience and professionalism when interacting with both internal and external customers. Ethical, with a commitment to company values. Proficiency with data entry, PDF software programs, Microsoft Word, and Excel required.
