Mid to Senior Level (Management) POSITION PURPOSE Develop and present Intimates developments to Off-price and Mass markets. Drive and execute intimates' developments. Responsibilities

Analyze and identify appropriate trends, fabrics, styles, and prints that meet brand aesthetics. Cost engineer 1st samples to meet buyer expectations on costs and brand aesthetics. Negotiate sample costs with factories based on margin needs. Follow up on sample and pricing needs. Follow up on sourcing needs: fabric and samples. Work closely with overseas teams for sourcing raw materials during development. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet quality and fit standards and are cost-effective for production. Present seasonal collections to key stakeholders including clients. Create sketches and construction sheets for all sample development. Mockup line sheets for meetings (sketches and prints). Recolor sketches and prints as needed. Oversee construction and fit details of each proto and fit samples. Attend fit sessions and oversee sample corrections. Responsible for all lab dip/Strike off approvals. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively. Travel as needed to attend trade shows, supplier meetings, and buyer meetings. Responsible and accountable for meeting all project deadlines. Perform any other assigned duties as required to support the department and overall business operations. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Understanding of pattern-making and technical drawing. Demonstrable technical experience in fit & construction. Good understanding of Design for Mass and Off-Price Market. Ability to handle deadlines under pressure. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and ability to work closely with production teams. Project management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Ability to learn and take direction, as well as teach and give direction. Domestic & International travel is required on occasion. Friendly, outgoing personality. Teamwork is a must.
