Job Overview As the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Marketing, you will be instrumental in driving the strategic direction of our organization, reporting directly to the CEO. Your leadership will be critical in accelerating growth in revenue, enhancing brand visibility, and expanding market reach. In collaboration with key business units such as Sales, Product, and Customer Success, you will craft and execute marketing strategies that solidify our market leadership and fuel ongoing development. Key Responsibilities Formulate and execute a comprehensive, data-informed marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals, boosting brand awareness and customer engagement. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate marketing effectiveness and enhance strategies continuously. Manage marketing operations to ensure flawless execution across lead flow, systems, and workflows, utilizing platforms like HubSpot for streamlined processes. Uphold and promote a consistent brand identity across all customer interactions and refine messaging to resonate with target audiences. Spearhead end-to-end demand generation initiatives that convert prospects into dedicated customers and oversee integrated campaigns across various digital channels. Develop robust partner and channel marketing programs in collaboration with the partnerships team to maximize market demand. Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams. Oversee the direction of content strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry thought leadership. Organize and manage annual customer conferences and significant events, fostering community and showcasing innovation. Establish relationships with industry analysts and lead competitive intelligence initiatives to inform strategic decisions. Cultivate and guide a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and professional development. Required Skills Proven expertise in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics. Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and assess return on investment (ROI). Exceptional leadership capabilities, fostering a collaborative and inspirational workplace culture. Comprehensive understanding of SaaS metrics including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and Burn Ratio. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is preferred. A minimum of 15 years of extensive marketing experience, particularly in SaaS environments with significant leadership roles. Demonstrated success in enhancing marketing organizations within Series B or growth-stage companies. In-depth experience in brand management, demand generation, and product marketing.
