What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Guide the intake and initial setup of new web projects, collaborating with clients to determine goals and needs
  2. Write, assemble, edit, and produce digital content for the web and other digital platforms
  3. Collaborate with the Web Design and Development Specialist to structure content for optimal user experience
  4. Create, edit, and optimize images and other media for web use
  5. Ensure content compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines, including accessibility and SEO best practices

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital content creation
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  4. Basic knowledge of HTML and web technologies
  5. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience in academic health centers and understanding of web trends and compliance requirements
  2. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and web content management systems (knowledge of Sitefinity is a plus)
  3. Experience with project management software and MS Office 360
