The Role

We’re looking for a Brand and Content Strategist to join our team—someone who can seamlessly manage multiple accounts while leading strategic and creative direction. This role is both client-facing and creative, requiring a proactive mindset, organizational excellence, and a strong grasp of modern marketing strategies, particularly in digital/social media.

As an integral part of our team, you’ll work closely with agency leadership to develop and execute forward-thinking marketing initiatives that make an impact.

What You’ll Do

• Manage multiple key client accounts, ensuring top-tier service and marketing success
• Develop and execute strategic and creative marketing initiatives
• Collaborate directly with 81 Shop leadership to refine strategy and drive results
• Oversee social media management, including content strategy, execution, and performance tracking
• Stay ahead of industry trends, proactively offering new ideas and solutions
• Maintain strong client relationships, acting as their go-to marketing expert
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client goals
