Senior Fashion Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fashion Designer with expertise in golf apparel to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance-driven, functional, and stylish golf wear, ensuring designs meet the highest standards of quality, comfort, and technical innovation.Compensation will be commensurate with experience and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development: Create innovative and stylish golf and sport wear apparel collections, incorporating performance fabrics, UV protection, moisture-wicking technology, and stretch properties for maximum mobility.
• Trend Research: Stay up to date with market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in golf and sport wear fashion to ensure our brand remains cutting-edge.
• Technical Design: Develop detailed tech packs, including sketches, fabric selections, trims, and garment construction details.
• Fit & Functionality: Collaborate with the technical design team to ensure proper fit, movement, and functionality tailored to consumers' needs.
• Material Selection: Work closely with fabric suppliers to source high-performance materials that enhance comfort, durability, and breathability.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including production, marketing, and merchandising, to ensure design concepts align with brand direction and market demand.
• Prototyping & Approvals: Oversee sample development, conduct fittings, and provide feedback for necessary adjustments before final production.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in fashion design, with a strong focus on golf apparel and activewear.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD System, or other design software.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of golf apparel functionality, fabric performance, and athlete-specific needs.
• Strong Eye for Detail: Ability to create elevated, performance-oriented, and stylish designs that align with the golf industry’s expectations.
• Communication & Organization: Excellent ability to collaborate with teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of garment construction and technical fit for athletic performance wear.
• Experience working with factories and suppliers for material sourcing and production.
• Passion for golf or experience designing for golf and active wear-related brands.
