Job Description

As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing marketing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting content development, digital strategy, and event coordination.

You will collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to drive business growth and engage with our target audience across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

a. Marketing Campaigns

  1. Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, and paid media to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  2. Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum engagement and ROI.
  3. Support SEO & SEM initiatives, ensuring content is optimized for visibility and rankings.

b. Content & Digital Marketing

  1. Develop and edit engaging content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and website updates.
  2. Coordinate with designers and content creators to produce marketing assets, including graphics, videos, and presentations.
  3. Manage and grow social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  4. Plan and execute webinars and industry events, ensuring high participation and brand positioning.
  5. Support the sales team with event collateral, landing pages, and follow-up strategies.
  6. Manage event promotion and post-event engagement communication.

d. Brand & Lead Generation Support

  1. Assist in developing marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing campaigns.
  2. Manage and maintain email marketing lists, segmentation, and campaign performance tracking.
  3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  1. 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or content marketing, preferably in technology, ERP, or IT sectors.
  2. Strong experience in email marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  3. Knowledge of marketing automation tools and analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
  4. Familiarity with SEO & SEM.
  5. Excellent copywriting and communication skills with attention to detail.
  6. Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
  7. Ability to analyze marketing metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
  8. Self-motivated, creative thinker with a passion for marketing and brand storytelling.
