The Job
- Lead end-to-end video production, from concept to execution, ensuring content is optimized for social.
- Work across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, staying ahead of platform trends.
- Oversee shoots, production logistics, and editing workflows, ensuring creative excellence.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources, delivering high-quality work efficiently.
- Collaborate with editors, creatives, and freelancers to bring ideas to life in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure content aligns with brand objectives while pushing creative boundaries.
- Strong production experience, ideally in social-first content and FMCG/food-related brands.
- A startup mindset—proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
- Ability to shoot and oversee all aspects of video production.
- Knowledge of copyright, licensing, and platform-specific specs/delivery requirements.
- Experience managing freelancers and production partners to execute projects of varying scale.
