What You’ll Do:
- Design & Sell: Create stunning kitchen designs using Porcelanosa cabinetry and products for residential and commercial projects.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on market trends, product innovations, and company offerings.
- Showroom Excellence: Maintain and update showroom kitchen displays and merchandising programs to enhance the customer experience.
- Customer Engagement:
- Introduce, demonstrate, and promote kitchen cabinetry solutions.
- Provide quotes, prepare proposals, and explain terms of sale and delivery.
- Visit customers to support, close, or service kitchen sales.
- Gather insights on product preferences and industry trends.
Sales & Operations Support:
- Coach and train junior sales personnel as needed.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate customer records.
- Enter customer information and sales orders into the system.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance.
- Prepare expense reports and document customer service feedback.

What We Look For:
- 5-7 years of experience in kitchen design and sales preferred.
- Proficiency in Plan-It or AutoCAD software.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software packages.
- Familiarity with European metric conversions to US standards.
- Strong communication skills.
- Commitment to providing solutions for customers.
- Willingness to travel locally as required.
