Our client, a Fashion Brand, is looking for a
Human Resources Assistant
to join their team temporarily for around 3 months.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with new hire onboarding, including collecting and verifying employment forms (I-9, W-4, direct deposit forms, etc.). Prepare and distribute employee ID badges for new hires. Maintain accurate and organized employee records, both physical and digital. Support offboarding processes, including collecting company property and processing exit paperwork. Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees and provide administrative support to the HR team. Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards in all HR tasks. Assist with additional HR administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred. 2+ year of administrative or HR-related experience preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
