Fibergrate is a Texas company with its headquarters located in Dallas, TX. Moving to Allen, Texas.
SUMMARY
The Marketing Specialist is a self-motivated individual with strong written and creative skills. This position is responsible for developing, organizing, and managing the commercialization of product launches, product updates, and targeted industry strategies in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The role will require collaboration between marketing, engineering, and sales to meet targeted deadlines for best-in-class experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to communicate direction for creation, design, and delivery of marketing materials to support new product introduction, product updates, or range of services offered.
- Organized and highly detailed to manage multiple project timelines and lead all marketing departments to meet coordinated deadlines – 52 Week Calendar Of Events.
- Support, lead, and ensure all brand guidelines are met for all publicly viewed materials and/or content created.
- Collaborate and ensure all public technical documents are accurate, displayed properly, and readily available in established shared services.
- Lead marketing campaigns utilizing email, blogs, social content, and other forms of media to achieve both awareness and lead generation to achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and marketing coordinator to plan and execute trade shows that will impact both brand and product application awareness.
- Collaborate, translate, and/or adjust marketing materials for US, Canada, or Mexico for written and video commercialization – translation tools are utilized for non-proprietary information.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in product/channel marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a closely related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office use for data analysis and written communication.
- Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Microsoft Teams and Salesforce experience with marketing analytics, paid advertising campaigns, and social media marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of product feedback loop processes and project management.

- Able to effectively contribute to a cross-functional team environment.
