Head of Marketing - About the Company:
A global leader in the B2B and B2C sector is seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead marketing initiatives. Specializing in both B2B and B2C solutions, the company is expanding in North America. This role ensures alignment with global objectives while implementing region-specific strategies. The Head of Marketing (US) will develop and execute marketing strategies, drive eCommerce growth, manage campaigns, and oversee external partnerships. Reporting to the Global CMO and Commercial Director, North America, this role strengthens the company’s US presence.
Head of Marketing - Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a US-focused marketing strategy.
- Align marketing activities with sales and revenue goals.
- Drive eCommerce platform growth and optimize customer experience.
- Lead integrated campaigns across digital, offline, and events.
- Manage marketing agencies and ensure strong ROI.
- Analyze performance data and refine strategies.
- Collaborate with global teams and support local team development.
Head of Marketing - Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years in marketing leadership roles.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C industry
- Expertise in digital and ecommerce marketing
- Strong leadership, strategic, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (CRM, analytics, automation).
