About Us: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Email/Digital Marketing Specialist to join our global marketing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in executing outbound marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives while creating innovative customer experiences. Work closely with marketing teams to understand business needs and design effective outbound campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, and other channels. Campaign Management: Create and maintain email templates, develop customer segments, and implement targeting strategies to optimize performance and personalization. Content & Personalization: Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other marketing team members to develop compelling, personalized content. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for optimization and continuous improvement. Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices and emerging channel capabilities. Process Improvement: Streamline the outbound campaign production process through automation and process enhancements, integrating new tools and technologies as needed. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in email and outbound campaign production, particularly using Salesforce/ExactTarget or similar marketing platforms. ~ Basic knowledge of HTML and email design best practices. ~ A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for digital marketing.
