Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of product marketing strategies for monetization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on growth and retention, and have worked with both consumers and developers. The PMM will be responsible for driving growth, engagement, and revenue for our platform, while also collaborating closely with Directors and VPs on a daily basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
- Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and ROI-positive campaigns
- Lead the development of marketing collateral, partnering with third party agencies
- Analyze results, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing strategies accordingly
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our subscription platform
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the dual-sided marketplace space

- Comfortable leading strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Candidate Requirements
Must-Have Skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Organization, attention to detail, and ownership of individual workstreams with minimal manager involvement
- Strong strategic thinking & problem-solving skills, and communication/presentation skills
- Experience leading and driving strategic work for a software/ content subscription service
- Experience with data analysis and marketing metrics
Nice-to-have Skills
- MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and user experience design
- Experience with lifecycle marketing
Years of overall experience required?
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on monetization, growth, and subscriptions
Degrees/certifications required?
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
