Job Description: Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of product marketing strategies for monetization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on growth and retention, and have worked with both consumers and developers. The PMM will be responsible for driving growth, engagement, and revenue for our platform, while also collaborating closely with Directors and VPs on a daily basis.
Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our subscription platform Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the dual-sided marketplace space Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and ROI-positive campaigns Lead the development of marketing collateral, partnering with third party agencies Analyze results, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing strategies accordingly
Qualifications: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership Experience with data analysis and marketing metrics Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Experience with A/B testing and optimization Knowledge of the subscription-based and dual-sided marketplace industries Experience working with directors and VPs on a daily basis Comfortable leading strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams
