What you will be doing:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive, multi-channel content strategies that align with Delta’s strategic goals, enhancing brand visibility and establishing the company as a thought leader in the industry. Oversee the creation of content across social media, email marketing, thought leadership articles, video scripts, and digital assets to support business objectives.
- Drive sales enablement through strategic planning and development of high-impact toolkits and materials that empower sales teams, foster customer engagement, and contribute to measurable business growth.
- Take ownership of end-to-end project management for marketing initiatives, ensuring that all activities align with business goals, and manage cross-functional collaboration, resources, and timelines effectively.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of targeted digital marketing strategies (social media, SEO, SEM, CRM) with a focus on ROI. Utilize advanced analytics tools, AI capabilities, and data insights to track and optimize campaigns, driving traffic, engagement, and conversions while meeting defined performance metrics.
- Oversee the planning and execution of trade shows, showroom tours, and internal communication initiatives, ensuring that Delta’s offerings are showcased effectively while maintaining cohesive messaging and brand alignment across all platforms.
- Leverage analytics and performance data to continuously refine and optimize marketing strategies. Provide actionable insights through ROI analysis, measuring the impact of marketing campaigns on brand visibility, lead generation, and business outcomes.
- Contribute to the long-term strategic planning of marketing communications efforts, aligning with Delta’s overarching business objectives. Ensure that communications strategies are integrated into broader marketing, sales, and business plans to maximize customer engagement and market positioning.
What we require
- 10+ years of experience in marketing communications, content strategy, or related roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic marketing and content initiatives.
- Expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, CRM), content strategy, and multi-channel campaigns, with a strong focus on measuring and improving ROI.
- Advanced skills in data analysis, ROI measurement, and campaign performance tracking, with the ability to leverage insights to refine marketing strategies and demonstrate tangible business impact.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage complex initiatives and coordinate resources across multiple teams to achieve strategic goals.
- Significant experience in planning and executing trade shows, showroom tours, and large-scale marketing projects.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and content creation skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Proficiency in AI tools, advanced analytics platforms, and sales enablement technologies to support data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration (MBA), Communications, or a related discipline is highly preferred and would be considered a strong asset for candidates seeking to demonstrate strategic leadership and advanced expertise
- Extensive experience in B2B marketing, strategic communications, or similar industries
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, and other marketing tools, with an emphasis on ROI analysis and campaign performance optimization
