Position: Marketing Manager - Field Marketing

Duration: 6 months contract

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

This is a contractor role focused on program management and event execution

The ideal candidate would have 8-10 years of relevant marketing experience

Manager is looking for individuals with recent contributor experience (executing programs sending out emails, running and planning events, etc.)

Job Description:

The Global Field Marketing Team is chartered to build and scale efficient campaign plans that align to go-to-market strategies by partnering with product marketing, sales and cross-functional teams across marketing to engage prospects with targeted activities that build pipeline and drive revenue.

Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

• Own the planning and execution of an integrated nurture strategy across three separate audiences, multiple funnel stages and four different regions to impact the outcome of inbound lead conversion

• Designing of the Client's Lab program (an event series) through event planning, partner engagement, demand gen, SME enablement and digital follow up for all lab events in CEGIU. This would include on-site support in the Chicago lab.

• Create and manage campaign kits based on Strategy and Product Marketing plans and guidance, complete with bill of materials, messaging and execution plan

• Leverage the customer journey map and funnel stages to engage target audiences with the right content through the right channel at the right time

• Partner with AMER/EMEA/JAPAC Field Marketing leads to execute full funnel campaign related activations

• Work closely with partner teams to develop and execute campaign strategies

• Coordinate localization/translation workflows with internal and external teams globally

• Support the Lunch and Learn global programs through consistent branding and program package

• Manage the internal newsletter and internal websites dedicated to field marketing activation plans

Preferred skills and experience

• 8+ years experience in B2B demand generation, field marketing or campaign management

• Experience in Persona and Vertical Industry campaigns

• Experience executing ongoing event program series

• Experience owning the vision of a digital program or campaign from concept through execution

• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills with ability to present complex technical ideas in a simple, straightforward manner

• Organized and detail oriented

SCHEDULE/TRAVEL: The position can be remote, but candidate needs to be located in the Midwest, travel to the Chicago Lab office is required, IL, WI, IA, MN, IN would be the applicable states. Travel to the office is required a couple times a month.
