Job Title: Global Field Marketing Manager

Location: Midwest (IL, WI, IA, MN, IN) – Remote with travel to Chicago lab office a couple of times per month

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Global Field Marketing Specialist to lead the planning and execution of a variety of integrated marketing strategies. This role plays a pivotal part in coordinating campaigns designed to engage multiple audiences across various funnel stages and regional markets. You’ll also help shape and execute event programs, deliver campaign assets, and work closely with global partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Nurture Strategy: Develop and execute an integrated nurture strategy for three distinct audiences, multiple funnel stages, and across four regions to improve inbound lead conversion rates.
  • Event Management: Design and manage programs, including event planning, partner engagement, demand generation, SME enablement, and post-event digital follow-up. On-site support at the Chicago Lab is required.
  • Campaign Kit Management: Create and manage comprehensive campaign kits, leveraging strategy and product marketing insights. This includes providing all necessary bill of materials, messaging, and execution plans.
  • Funnel Engagement: Leverage the customer journey map to guide audiences through funnel stages with the right content, delivered to the right channel, at the right time.
  • Global Collaboration: Partner with AMER, EMEA, and JAPAC field marketing leads to execute full-funnel campaign activities. Collaborate with partner teams to develop and implement campaign strategies.
  • Localization and Branding: Coordinate globalization and localization workflows, facilitating translations with internal and external teams. Support global “Lunch and Learn” programs through consistent branding and support materials.
  • Internal Communications: Manage internal newsletters and maintain internal websites dedicated to field marketing activation plans.


Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B demand generation, field marketing, or campaign management.
  • Expertise in Persona and Vertical Industry campaigns.
  • Proven ability to execute ongoing event program series.
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing the vision and execution of digital program or campaign initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.

Schedule & Travel Requirements:

  • This is a remote position; however, candidates must be based in the Midwest region (IL, WI, IA, MN, or IN).
  • Travel to the Chicago lab office is required a couple of times per month.
