About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Marketing Growth to lead our global customer acquisition strategy in collaboration with our sales team. In this pivotal role, you will manage a talented team of channel marketers, web marketers, and partner marketing professionals, all focused on driving new revenue and achieving performance marketing objectives.
As a key member of the marketing leadership team, you will play an essential role in shaping overall company strategy while directly overseeing our advertising budget, optimizing marketing channels, and enhancing our website for better conversion rates. We seek a leader with a robust background in B2B and small business acquisition marketing, particularly within the SAAS sector, and a comprehensive understanding of both paid and owned marketing channels.
Applicants should possess at least 15 years of experience in B2B and small business acquisition marketing with a focus on SAAS solutions, alongside a minimum of 6 years of experience in building and leading high-performing marketing teams. Global experience is crucial, as you will tailor and optimize strategies based on regional insights. A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required, with an MBA preferred. A strong foundation in marketing metrics and tools is essential, as is a genuine passion for sustainability and our mission.
