About You and the Role
You will be a curator of human connection, in both the digital and physical spheres. The content you create will support our personality and drive community engagement. Partnering with our Regional Marketing Manager and Gym Managers, you will be the driver of our SLC gym's social media presence and community events promotion and delivery.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with the team to learn, curate, and refine SLC BP's personality. Project our personality and core values through the creation of social media content and through events we host. Connect with our community, earn their following, and build friendships both in person and digitally that strengthen our standing. Maintain dialogue with followers, customers, business partners, and others to strengthen our connections in the community and facilitate communication. Incorporate our community in ways that elevate the quality of our content and the value of our events. Utilize existing resources, including templates and evergreen content, to provide reinforcement for ongoing initiatives and programs. Maintain social media and event schedules, execute tasks on-time, operate within guidelines, be a team player, be knowledgeable about our business, and contribute your skills to the team effort. What You'll Bring
Have an appetite for learning about who we are, what we do, and how we do it. Skills and disposition optimized for the evolving social media landscape. Media production skills include competence in video/photo capture and editing using a phone. Bonus for experience with more sophisticated tools (pro-grade cameras, audio engineering skills, drone operation, pro-grade editing software). Experience creating engaging social media content. Bonus points for experience running social media marketing for a consumer brand. Be a creative storyteller who can bring the BP's brand to life. Be highly personable, and enjoy meeting new people and talking to groups. Have excellent organizational, project management, and multi-tasking skills, including demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in parallel. Have a desire and willingness to roll up your sleeves and collaborate in a hands-on environment.
$21 - $28 an hour
10-15 Hours per Week.
