Job DescriptionJob Description Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced RPA UiPath Lead to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using UiPath. The ideal candidate will lead a team of RPA developers, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure high-quality automation delivery. Key Responsibilities: RPA Development & Implementation: Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath automation solutions. Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. Optimize and troubleshoot automation processes for performance improvements. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of RPA developers. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance. Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities. Solution Design & Process Assessment: Analyze business processes to assess automation feasibility. Develop end-to-end RPA solutions, including process documentation and PDD/SDD creation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation scalability. Governance & Best Practices: Establish RPA governance frameworks and best practices. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards. Maintain automation documentation and knowledge base. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in RPA development with UiPath . Strong understanding of UiPath Orchestrator , Studio , and Robot . Hands-on experience with REFramework and best practices. Proficiency in .NET, C#, Python, SQL, and APIs for automation integration. Experience in process mining, OCR, and AI/ML-based automation is a plus. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps). Certifications: UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification UiPath Solution Architect Certification ()
