Overview

Repligen is seeking a dedicated and experienced Content Marketing Senior Manager to be a vital part of our Marketing team. This role will focus on driving and managing the creation, development, and implementation of content for our downstream consumables portfolio, including the OPUS, TangenX, and resins product lines. The Content Marketing Senior Manager will craft compelling technical content designed to engage and nurture current and potential customers throughout the entire customer journey-from awareness to conversion and loyalty. This position will contribute to the marketing team by providing strategic inputs, planning, and narrative development to support both corporate brand and product-specific goals.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that supports product management and marketing goals across the full sales funnel. Create and manage top, middle, and bottom funnel content, including webinars, scientific papers, articles, posters, sales enablement tools, event presentations, roundtables and website content. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, digital marketing, R&D, and commercial teams, to produce new content. Influence R&D and applications teams to generate new data packages that align with the content marketing strategy. Lead and coordinate the editorial calendar to ensure alignment with key organizational goals and feedback from business partners. Define, measure, and report on key content metrics to peers and leadership. Identify content gaps and research industry trends to keep our content innovative, engaging, and effective. Maintain consistency in tone and voice across all content and channels. Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry or a related scientific field is required. A minimum of 5 years of content marketing experience, preferably within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industries. Proven experience leading projects within cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to influence and impact business partners without direct authority. Skills and Abilities:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Versatile writing skills with the ability to tailor tone to different audiences. Proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to visualize data to create compelling narratives. Ability to provide and receive actionable feedback effectively. Creative problem-solving skills with both innovative and proven approaches to content development. A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a wide range of content creation across various styles and channels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $115,000-140,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
